What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide! You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on the way.
- For orders to Singapore, it takes around 2-3 working days to arrive.
- For orders outside of Singapore, it takes around 1-2 weeks to arrive, varying by destination.
Reach out to us before placing your order if you need to expedite it for your upcoming game.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns and refunds are eligible within 30 days of receiving your order if there are defects or mistakes with your order. You may opt for an exchange of your product, or request for a return with a full refund. Please contact us at sales@huddlepickleball.com with your request.
What are your paddles made of?
Our quality paddles are designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. We are proud of our lightweight paddles that are easy to handle, combined with a premium surface for that grippy ball control.

- Core: 6mm polypropylene honeycomb core delivers precision and power

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Can I order the paddles as a gift?
Definitely! All Huddle paddles come with a dustbag for extra protection and a vibrant packaging box that stands out as a gift box. Reach out to us if you would like to add a little note or card to go with the paddle. Check out our Instagram page @huddlepickleball to view our cute packaging!
How do I care for my paddle?
Wipe with a damp cloth after play, allow it to air before storing it in the dustbag provided for extra protection.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! We’re currently online-only, but we do pop up at events. Follow us on Instagram @huddlepickleball for updates on future events!
Can I try your paddles before buying?
We sometimes hold events and community play days, stay tuned to our Instagram @huddlepickleball for updates, and come join us and test our paddles in action!
